No Fixed Address is a reggae rock band formed from aboriginal Australians in 1979.  The reason I chose this song is because I see it as a bridge between aboriginal music made with didjeridu‘s and more modern sounding rock.  The intro fades in drums over a long section of tradition didjeridu instrumental, acknowledging the bands roots, and how far they have come in modern music.  The lyrics of the song express the struggle and endurance of  aboriginal groups, and how they have survived the torment against their people.  I chose this song because I believe it shows the strength and courage of not only this band, but of aboriginal people as a whole.
