I chose Hitohira No Hanabira by Stereopony. This song is a theme song to a Magna and Television show in Japan. I did not know that at first until I looked it up. When I first stumbled across this song on YouTube it just surprised me. I would have never thought this is coming out of Japan. But there goes me judging music by the area before I actually know it fully again. I really enjoyed the song. One reason is because it is a girl band and that’s really cool to see all of them playing. The other and main reason I chose this piece is because of the fast speed and powerful effect they have when playing. The music calms in the verse and is intense in the chorus and it makes me want to get up and jump around. I think I might have to watch the TV show to this now. The music just has this powerful pulling in sensation for me because I love the electric guitars and the bass guitar is amazing to hear. I overall just find this song fascinating and powerful.
