I found this song on YouTube as I always do by looking up Caribbean music. Thee name Toast for the song caught my eye because well one I like toast, but two there was this picture in my mind of everyone having a toast. Upon listening to the song, I loved the beat and the beautiful video, but the main reason why I chose to write on the song was because of the meaning in the lyrics. The young singer said we have to be thankful for every little thing. Everything deserves gratitude. I think that is such a great message that mean even more coming from someone as youthful as she is.
