For this assignment, I chose the song Time To Rise by VannDa feat. Master Kong Nay. I found this song on Youtube while searching  for songs for this assignment. Some musical characteristics I noticed in the song are that there were multiple different instruments being played throughout the song, as well as two different male vocals. The vocals sounded like rapping, just in a different language. I’m not quite sure what some of the different instruments were throughout the song, but one of the instruments sounded sort of like a flute being played. I picked this song because it was a great representation of music from Southeast Asia. I really enjoyed listening to this song.
