“mere mitwa mere meet” translates to “Oh my lover, my darling, come, my songs are calling out to you.” This song is a love song, a super old one, but a love song none the less, I had a hard time finding the origin of the song but i chose it because it’s in a movie I love to watch called the Love guru. It’s one of the only really traditional middle-eastern compositions but has a beautiful push and pull method with the female and male singer.
