So I found this song after talking with my boss told me of this band called Adonis. They come from Lebanon and are considered an indie band. Adonis has a few love songs, a few political song, amongst others.
This song stuck out to me as I was watching the music video mainly because it almost seemed like a love song but almost a political song, and at the very end, it had clips from what looked like a tragic event. So I did a little digging and found out it was a tribute to the victims of the 2017 Istanbul Nightclub Shooting. The attack saw the death of 39 people and wounded 79 others. The perpetrator was caught 15 days later and was sentenced to life in prison in September of 2020.
