One of my all time favorites Woods by Mac Miller to me is a perfect song. He combines a jazz background with romantic lyrics that he continually changes his rythm on. The word Woods is never once mentioned in his song ,but I see that as his statement on him being lost. At the time in his life he was dealing with heartbreak, drug addiction, and of course the everyday stress of a person of his nature. More importantly he reflects on his actions throughout this song. I think this song and entire album is an absolute masterpiece that goes unnoticed by most of his own following.
