What makes The Banjo Bands of Malawi interesting to me are the sounds of all the different instruments themselves and the talent that these performers possess. And the fact that the instruments are all homemade is truly incredible. These songs are very upbeat and have a great vibe. The different maracas, bells, and percussion instruments that are also being played offer an interesting and diverse sound when paired with the stringed instruments.
