This song is by Carlos Gardel. I thought this song was very interesting when I was looking for different types of tango songs from Argentina. I also realized that this song has a lot of views on YouTube, which might make it one of the more popular tango songs out there. There is a lot of instrumentation throughout the entire song. The strings are very prevalent, though, in the first minute of the song. Once the piano kicks in, the mood drastically shifts, almost to a darker, somber tone. Towards the middle, a lot of what sounds like woodwind instruments join in to create the mood as well. This song has a very catchy tune and is also very repetitive as well. Then, an accordion also adds in towards the end. The mix of all different instruments gives this a very unique listen all around and I enjoyed it.
