I choose the song Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da sung by the Beatles. Being a famous singing group from England, many of their songs have become popular around the world (including the United States). I have heard this song in the past and my sisters even sang it in their middle school choir. This is a very catchy song because of the consistency in tempo throughout the song, being steady and bringing a positive mood. I also enjoyed hearing the story told through the lyrics, with repetition of “Ob-la-di, ob-la-da life goes on, brah, la-la, how life goes on.”
