This song was created by Jamaican reggae artist Gregory Isaacs and was released as a single. The song is about Gregory needing love and in fact needing his attractive nurse, and that he is feeling something that cannot be cured by any remedy. However, in the local area, many speculate and believe that the entire song is a metaphor, and Gregory is singing about having an addiction to cocaine (which was a very prevalent problem when he released this song), and not about romance. The instruments used in this song are bass guitar, drums, lead guitar and a variety of keyboards. The song seems to have a very sensual feel to it, but like previously mentioned, its believed to be toward his drug addiction. This song is mellow, never goes t0o high or too low and keeps the same rhythm the entire time, almost leading the listener to mellow out or sleep.
