“To Love’s End” is from a tv show named “Inuyasha” and is a cover performed by Elliot Tordo. At first, I was just looking for songs that had erhu covers because I am very interested in the instrument because of the beautiful sound it produces. As I looked for countless songs, I came upon this one and I was in awe. As I listened to Elliott Tordo perform, he dragged me in with his way of playing. He performed the erhu in a beautiful, legato style and protrays the scene well. As I listened to the song, it was a beautiful lullaby. I listened to the original song and after hearing this cover I liked it more and more. The erhu is a gentle instrument with accented points, and Elliot portrayed it well, as well as showing the Chinese culture in a beautiful, respectful manner.
