This song was created by an Australian rock and reggae  group, called Blekbala Mujik. They are from Barunga, Australia, and have been singing and creating music since 1986. The purpose of their music is to bring people together in dance, hence the title of the song “Come-N-Dance. This song is very up beat, with a consistent tempo, that makes it easier for people to dance and move along to. Some instruments that are present in this song are the didjeridu, drum sticks, electric guitar, drums, and voice. They are not only bringing an original Australian instrument, the didjeridu, into their music, but also more well known and common instruments as well.  This makes it easier for many more generations to listen to and enjoy this type of music.

I chose this song because it is very mellow and I really enjoy the rhythm and beat to the song. I also enjoy how much all the instruments work together and create a good melody. I wouldn’t have thought to put traditional and contemporary instruments together, but surprisingly they sound really nice and smooth together.
