I chose the song “Ehu Girl” by Kolohe Kai. This song was released in 2009 on the album This Is The Life. The Kolohe Kai is a Hawaiian reggae group with lead singer Roman De Peralta. The song is about falling in love with a girl after seeing her for the first time. It has a happy and relaxing sound, with instruments like guitar and ukulele that give it an island vibe. I chose this song because I like how catchy and upbeat it sounds, and it has a fun Hawaiian feel. I found the recording on Kolohe Kai’s YouTube channel.
