Baaraat by Ritviz and Nucleya is a song created by two popular artists in India, who are famous for implementing a contemporary sound that is still unique to India. I really enjoy this song by them, as it sounds like a spin on traditional pop that embraces the traditional sounds of Indian music, such as the unique sound and use of drums. It also show cases a choir, with a lead singer and choir that creates a layer of sounds with the instrumentals. In addition, I also found and enjoyed this rendition of the song, where the artist, “thetablaguyy”, plays a Tabla version of the song. I found both the original and tabla version on Youtube.
