The song I have selected for Chapter 7  – East Asia is 可能 by Echo. I found this song to be very popular in China right now. It is on Shazam’s Top 50 list at number 9 for this week. This song caught my interest because it has a super chill rhythm and or beat. It is simple in the sense that there isn’t a whole ton going on and it isn’t very chaotic. There are two versions of this song: one with vocals and one that is just instrumental. I found the instrumental version more interesting to me because I liked trying to focus on each instrument and figure out what they might be. I have linked both below!
