For this chapter’s song share, I chose a mariachi band because I really like the sound of this music. The first time I heard this music was when I was much younger and watching the movie Zookeeper. I liked the upbeat and happy feel that I first heard and this piece is no different. This type of performance is on a stage, so these performers are probably professionals. I like the cohesiveness of all the performers. How they are able to work together and be strong individual performers and then come together to produce beautiful music. There are no voices in this piece but the talent of the musicians speaks for itself.
