While listening to the listening examples of this chapter, I really liked the music example from Ghana. So, I decided to look for music from Ghana. As I listened to different music from Ghana on YouTube I found a song that I liked. The song I picked for this song share is called Ohia Ye Ya. It is the first song on this recording of the album by Koo Nimo. When picking songs for the song share I tend to look for songs that are upbeat and make me either happy or relaxed. This song has an upbeat tempo, and overall sounds happy. The singers have a lighter tone which makes it sound happy. I also like that this piece has the guitar, maracas , and some sort of percussion instrument. Overall, this song is an upbeat, and happy song that you can listen to when you need a boost to your mood.
