The song that I picked is an instrumental piece and it’s called Korean Festival. The song is really calming and its upbeat like almost happy, there is a flute like instrument and there are string instruments being plucked and played like a violin. The flute is mostly heard throughout the beginning and then the strings start to come in to make a beautiful sound. I Picked this song because it similar to how some of the Chinese traditional music is played and although I can’t find the specific instrument used in this song, from what we learned, some of the instruments from Korea can be closely linked to the ones in China like the silk strings and bamboo flutes, which was really interesting to hear.
