This song is from a Korean video game soundtrack called La Tail. I found this song on youtube, and I had to take a deeper look into the game. I looked further, and the video game came out in 2006 as an exploring fantasy game. The song begins with the piano, and the main melody is a flute. I believe it is the bamboo Dizi flute they are playing. I chose this example because it has a capturing melody and sounds magical. There are more electric-type beats toward the song’s end, but the flute plays the leading voice in the melody. I liked how smooth the flute sounded and how they mixed modern and classic instruments. I can see how this is in a video game; it immerses the player into the fantasy world as they play.
