I had a very hard time trying to find a song to fit this country. Everytime I searched up “songs from South Asia” I would get songs from Southeast Asia. The one song that caught my eye was the Punjabi Wedding Song. The reason this song caught my eye is that it’s a very up beat song that almost makes you want to dance. When looking for new songs of my own I tend to always choose the more up beat songs rather than your traditional sad songs. I can see now why this is called a wedding song because whenever you are at a wedding you want to dance and this song makes you want to burst out in dancing. I also chose this song because not all the words are in a different language and it reminds me of a type of song I would choose to listen to.
